Research Spotlight

Highlighting student excellence in research

Participating in undergraduate research is one of the most sought after means of experiential learning amongst science students.

However, the process of obtaining placements, finding supervisors, and understanding your role and responsibilities in the workplace can be very daunting.

MacSci Research Spotlight aims to take down barriers to information regarding undergraduate research through sharing the stories of current MacSci students who have displayed excellence in research.

Each students has developed a uniquely personal journey to research, showing that there's no one way to get involved.

We hope their stories will help current undergraduate students view research in a less intimidating light and encourage them to pursue research at Mac!
