I am driven by intersectional topics specifically in the field of cardiology. Artificial intelligence can be a powerful tool that can be used in improving patient outcomes by strengthening our diagnostic methods.

Through this project, I have worked alongside a multidisciplinary team in building an algorithm to detect hospital in-patients with undiagnosed atrial fibrillation. This algorithm takes into account pre-existing conditions and other patient characteristics to suggest a suitable treatment plan.
