Hi everyone, my name is Anita, and I am a second year PNB student. I have an interest in psychology and neuroscience, and I am hoping to pursue a career related to these either in medicine or in academia. In first year, I struggled with liking and enjoying some of the basic life sciences courses, so I would like to be there for you and help you enjoy these courses more while excelling in them academically. Outside of school, I enjoy reading romance novels, listening to lots of music, and being involved with clubs and the community!

Preferred Teaching Style: My preferred teaching method is getting to know you and your learning needs, as well as finding out how you prefer to learn. I am a big proponent of detailed note taking while including pictures and diagrams in them. So, I would advocate for and teach using diagrams and in-detail explanations of processes. I also like to make use of summary sheets and flow charts to summarize any information as needed (especially for preparation for tests and exams).
