About Me

Hello MacSci! I am your second year representative and it is my first time on MSS. I am so excited to be apart of the MSS that takes care of all of you and host fun events! You can most likely find me at the gym, office hours, The Grind (I'm a caffeine addict), or Thode (secretly a Thode gangster ;P). I look forward to meeting so many more people this year!

Goals

1. Grow the math community and outreach in MSS.

2. Build and maintain and strong community on @macsci2028 for my fellow second years.

3. Be apart of fun events throughout the year where I get to meet more of you all!

Projects

1. Keep @macsci2028 up-to-date.

2. Host destressor events with my fellow year reps.

3. Host a mentorship event for first years

1. As your second year representative, you can come to me if you have any questions, need help with academics, and even just to talk!

2. I am one of two AFM students on MSS and would love to connect with more Math students who want/need to use MSS resources! There's a lot that MSS offers that even I didn't know about till I connected with previous members and joined this year.

3. You can contact me to discuss my very controversial opinion: I believe that the math department shouldn't even be in the faculty of science because I see that science is math, but math is not science. (I've debated this with a lot of my friends and it's always so fun hearing other perspectives)
