About Me
Hi everyone! My name is Luca Bernardini and I am the President of the MSS. I am from Toronto, Ontario and am one of the biggest sports fans you will find around. I am a big music and film geek as well. I am extremely honoured to have been re-elected as your President and intent to build off of our successes from last year in order to continue to bring science students the best possible experience while advocating for your rights and ensuring you are supported in the best way possible. If you ever need to contact me, whether you have an MSS-related inquiry, or just want to chat about your favourite sports team, my inbox, or office hours are always open.
Goals
1. Better integration of the MSS (Welcome Week, Faculty Events, MSU (SRA)
2. Continued integration of EDII into MSS practices
3. Build off the internal restructuring this year to take on a similar practice with external affairs
Projects
1. Complete the Memorandum of Understanding and finalizing updated hiring practices
2. Prepare to launch MSS Clubs Department in Fall 2024
3. Create the MSS and Program Society Planner
4. Restructuring of External practices (newsletter, new sponsorships and collaborations)
