About Me

Hi my name is Dunsin! I am the First Year Mentorship Coordinator for the MSS. This is my first time on the MSS and I am so excited for the year! I love to support people’s success and see others thrive so I am so happy to have this role. As the Mentorship Coordinator, I want to provide the avenue for first year students to flourish in their journey entering university and I hope to do so through the Mentorship Program. You can most likely find me in Mills second floor studying or having a quick nap lol, at the Pulse, or honestly anywhere around campus as I’m always busy walking somewhere!

Goals

1. Prioritize extended help and support to first year students regarding level II program selection

2. Increase awareness of the Mentorship Program so more people can receive personalized aid in their university journey!

3. To let everyone know that is always okay to ask for help!

Projects

1. Create a specialized event where students can discuss with second year students about level II program selection in a more relaxed format

2. Along with the Mentorship Subcommittee, plan and create a “Q&A Resource Section” on the MSS website where students can ask questions and mentors can answer them
