About Me

Hi everyone! My name is Gabriella and this is my second year on the MSS! Last year, I was a part of the Events Subcommittee and I had the opportunity to help plan various events throughout the year. As one of the Events Directors this year, I am so excited to create events that help bring people together and ultimately strengthen a sense of community within our faculty. From events such as MSS day to interfaculty mixers, I hope to give students the opportunity to take a break from academics and instead, engage in fun activities with their peers! If you are ever looking for me, you can most likely find me in the MUSC Tim's line (I promise it moves faster than it looks) or locking-in at PG!

Goals

1. Plan successful events that give science students an opportunity to connect with one another.

2. Support other members of the MSS with their initiatives.

3. Collaborate with other faculties to bring more people from different faculties together.

Projects

1. Plan MSS day to spread awareness about the MSS and all of its resources.

2. Plan destressors throughout the year to give students an opportunity to take a break from their academics and build a sense of community.

3. Plan SciFest to provide science students with an opportunity to engage in numerous fun activities as a reward for their hard-work throughout the school year.

Reasons to Contact Me

1. You have any questions regarding the events we run!

2. A proposal for a new event/would like an opportunity to collaborate on a potential event.

3. You are wondering which cartoon character gives off the same vibe as you (my secret talent).
