About Me

Hi! My name is Agshaya and I'm going into my fourth year of Honours Life Sciences. This will be my third year on the team and I’m excited to help organize some amazing events and experiences for you throughout the year. Goals

1. Create inclusive spaces where student voices can be heard through art and expressed freely, without censorship.

2. Use art as a way to meet new people, destress, and discover new hobbies.

3. Make art accessible to everyone by creating welcoming environments where creativity is encouraged, regardless of skill level.

Projects

1. Continue to help fundraise for local art initiatives.

2. Partner with cultural and academic clubs to co-host interdisciplinary events that blend art with other themes like science, culture, mental health, etc.

3. Launch a monthly “Art for All” drop-in event where students can explore different art forms (painting, collage, poetry, etc.) in a low-pressure, judgment-free space with free materials provided.
