About Me
Hi! My name is Shirley and I am the Academic Advocacy Coordinator! This is my second year as the Academic Advocacy Coordinator on MSS. I’m super excited to get to know everyone and be part of such a hard-working team! I love advocating for the needs of students and representing student voice. My goal this year is to identify the most prevalent academic concerns of students across all levels and programs in the Faculty of Science and create targeted solutions. I hope to also provide more accessible opportunities and resources for career planning. Whether it’s connecting with students by providing resources for program selection, or sharing the student perspective on policy changes, I hope to advocate for your academic needs!
You’ll most likely find me at Mills trying to pass time between my 6 hour gaps between classes (commuter life). Feel free to say hi, I’m super excited to meet everyone!
